Job Description

Serandib Technologies Asia Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as Back Office – Operations for the SnapPay project. Responsibilities include processing sales documentation, coordinating approvals, and ensuring smooth activation and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales documentation for individual and bulk sales.
  • Enter application details and required documents into the system.
  • Monitor and manage approval processes.
  • Communicate approval status to sales personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Passed GCE A/L and GCE O/L with a credit in English.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
  • Proficient in English and Sinhala.
  • School leavers are encouraged to apply.
