Job Description
Job Summary: DIYAMANTE STUDIO is seeking a dynamic Tour Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry. Responsibilities include crafting travel itineraries for individual and group tours to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Itinerary Planning: Design personalized travel packages based on client preferences.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to clients during their trips.
- Booking and Reservations: Coordinate logistics with hotels, airlines, and local guides.
- Sales & Marketing Support: Assist in promoting tour packages and enhancing services.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
- Education: Diploma or higher in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations and local attractions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
