Job Description

We are seeking a Talented, Dynamic Client Services Executive to join our team at Sri Lanka’s only Sports Recovery and Rehabilitation Centre.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Provide accurate and informative responses to client questions and requests.
• Assist with the resolution of client issues and complaints.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in relevant computer software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
