Job Description

The position holder will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the showroom, monitoring and leading a motivated team for the achievement of targets, and for ensuring that excellent customer service standards are always maintained, and that the store meets all administration guidelines.

Personal Profile:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience handling similar supervisory responsibilities, ideally in the Consumer Durable Retailing Industry
• Professional qualification in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage
• Possess effective leadership & team management skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Strong extra-curricular activity record
• Overseas retail experience will be an added advantage

Job Profile:

• Achieve revenue and profit targets for the store
• Ensure that excellent customer service standards are maintained
• Independently lead a motivated team to increase sales & ensure efficiency
• Maintain shop merchandising standards and display all products
• Train the shop assistants on product knowledge and on handling customers effectively
• Inspect all areas in the store and resolve any issues proactively
