Job Description
ROLE PROFILE
- Strong Knowledge of sourcing and procurement strategies and negotiation techniques
- Sound on vendor management and evaluation process
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the procurement needs and specification
- Skill to negotiate best offer to secure competitive rates without compromising quality and service of the products
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage procurement process effectively and efficiently
- Familiarity with dealing with local supplier base and procure the goods and services in quickest possible timelines
- Knowledge in dealing with foreign suppliers, communicating and negotiating the best deals
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity
- A degree in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration or a similar qualification in a related field
- Part of fully qualified in CIMA or MBA in a relevant field will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in ERP software
- Proficiency in English, both written and Spoken is a must
- Being a good team player is essential
