Job Description
NOLIMIT is the largest fashion chain in Sri Lanka, seeking a Fashion Buyer to join their team. Responsibilities include predicting trends, sourcing products, negotiating with suppliers, and driving sales.
Job Role
- Conduct market research and collaborate with designers on upcoming trends.
- Review private brands, identify gaps, and develop the brand portfolio.
- Source new suppliers and review applications.
- Attend supplier meetings to review samples and discuss product developments.
- Track development process from tech pack to product delivery.
- Maintain professional relationships with suppliers.
Candidate Profile
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Retail Operations, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in fashion industry with excellent knowledge of trends.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
