Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to coordinate operational activities across the Cyber Security Solutions team members and projects.
• Develop, update & follow-up on all customer renewals in software licensing.
• Experience in handling private/government sector tender or bid documents.
• Accounts payables & accounts receivables.
• Performance maintenance activities such as performance, backups etc.
• Engage with end customers for any follow-up matters to support account managers.
• Collaborate with other departments in the office to maintain standards and functionality.
• Ability to communicate business updates on sales, collections & others to management.
• Obtain payment approvals for any expenses, petty cash, events, and marketing activities.
• Excellent communication skills in written & spoken English required for the business environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
• Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating teams and driving results.
