Job Description
Qualification:
- Part qualification in CA/ ACCA/ CIMA or Degree in Accounting & Finance or Full Qualification in AAT.
- Minimum 2-5 years Prior experience in SAP ERP system would be advantageous.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent worker Proficient in use of MS Office Application.
What you will do:
- Daily Reporting & Invoicing – Manage daily collection reports, release sales orders, handle invoicing and maintain trackers (Receipts, Orders, LC, Refunds etc.)
- Debtors Management – Oversee overall debtors management, matching invoices with receipts, aged balance follow-up with Sales Team, drive monthly outstanding discussions with Sales Team.
- Bank Reconciliation & Cash Flow Reporting – Perform monthly bank reconciliations, prepare weekly cash flow reports and coordinate with banks for discrepancies.
- Reporting & Compliance – Prepare monthly bad debts provisions, manage SVAT schedules, bi-annual balance confirmation from customers and ensure compliance.
- Risk Evaluation & Process Improvement – Conduct risk and control evaluations, implement process improvements, and drive automation initiatives.
