Job Responsibilities:
- Making reservations via phone and email.
- Providing customer support.
- Processing payments and confirmations.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Writing & Speaking).
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Computer literate.
Additional Details:
- Work hours: 5:30 pm to 2:30 am.
- Must commute to Colombo 7.
- Transportation provided for shifts ending after 10 pm.
- Attractive Remuneration package in LKR.
