Our client, a leading player in the apparel sector, is seeking an Executive Industrial Engineer to join their dynamic team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop Standard Minute Values (SMVs) for production, incorporating methods for improvement.
- Implement and optimize automation solutions to boost production efficiency.
- Maximize machinery usage for efficiency and waste reduction.
- Optimize thread usage and propose garment construction techniques.
- Analyze non-value-added activities, driving process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of production experience.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge in automation, machinery, and sewing techniques.
- GSD license desirable.
- Experience in automation projects advantageous.
- Numerical, analytical, and proactive in driving initiatives.
- Qualified in apparel industrial engineering from a recognized institution.
