Responsibilities:
- Provide superior service to Mobitel’s premier and enterprise customers via inbound and outbound calls.
- Collaborate with teams to address concerns and enhance satisfaction.
- Build relationships with high-value customers, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
- Analyze feedback to improve service quality.
- Seize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Qualifications:
- GCE A/L exam completion, diploma in Management a plus.
- Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must excel in communication and organizational skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
