Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage orders, coordinate with departments for order fulfillment.
- Update orders with additional requirements/fees.
- Support product return process and manage inquiries.
- Ensure timely and accurate performance reporting and KPI/SLA compliance.
- Execute assigned activities within defined timelines and accuracy parameters.
