Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst at Dijital Team who excels in bridging customer needs with development execution. The ideal candidate will gather, analyze, and translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks within an agile, sprint-based environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to gather and understand complex requirements
• Translate customer needs into detailed specifications for the development team
• Work closely with UX designers to align requirements with user-centric design
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Act as a liaison between development team and stakeholders for clear communication
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements and process flows
• Facilitate requirement prioritization based on business value and technical complexity
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements
• Support development team throughout agile process
• Stay updated on business analysis and agile methodologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software delivery
• Strong skills in gathering and analyzing complex requirements
• Experience with Agile methodologies in sprint-based settings
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
