Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales manager to oversee the daily operations of the store.
- Develop and motivate staff to boost sales and achieve targets.
- Lead by example, provide excellent customer service.
- Build good customer relationships and manage clientele activities.
- Maintain high store standards and manage stock.
- Handle customer complaints and find solutions.
- Manage store assets and funds.
- Coach and train sales staff for improved performance.
- Follow operations procedures and SOPs.
Key Requirements:
- A/L qualification or above.
- 6 years sales experience, 3 in a supervisory role (preferably in hospitality, fashion, or duty-free).
- Good English, PR, and communication skills.
- Presentable, energetic, and a team-player.
- Passionate, self-motivated, and can work under pressure.
- Customer service-oriented, detail-oriented, and analytical.
