Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage finance and administration functions.
- Preparation of employee’s payroll system.
- Excellent communication skills in English and presentation skills.
- Suppliers’ and customers payment handling.
- Petty cash handling
- Prepare bank reconciliations, cash flow statements, and monthly management accounts.
- Manage and maintain budgets, expenses, inventory, and supplier payments.
Pre-requisites:
- Graduate or undergraduate degree in Accounting Finance/Management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Experience communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in handling accounting packages.
- Good in analytical skills and computer literacy.
- Experience in advanced excel will be an added advantage.
