Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and distribution.
• Oversee inventory control, ensuring optimal stock levels, timely ordering, and efficient storage practices.
• Analyze and forecast demand to minimize stock shortages and excess inventory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
• Coordinate with various departments (sales, production, and finance) to ensure alignment with company goals and operational efficiency.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to evaluate supply chain and inventory performance.
• Handle the documentation process related to supply chain, including customs clearance, transportation, and vendor agreements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Utilize ERP systems for inventory tracking and reporting.

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or logistics in the automobile industry.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using ERP and inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
