Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Human Resources and Corporate Services team at Resus Energy PLC.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting recruitment processes
- Managing labor relations activities
- Coordinating payroll and statutory payments
- Handling HR documentation and employee contracts
- Assisting in general administration tasks
- Managing corporate social media content
Required skills and qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in HR or Business Management
- Minimum 6 months HR experience
- Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala. Tamil proficiency preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Willingness to travel to remote power plant locations
