Company Overview:
A well-established UK financial intermediary firm is offshoring its Mortgage Compliance duties to Sri Lanka.
The Mortgage Compliance team plays a crucial role in assisting Advisers with post-advisory services, ensuring accuracy and identifying potential risks.
Responsibilities and Duties of the team:
- Undertaking case file reviews to maintain high standards
- Assessing advice suitability and accuracy
- Regular communication and file sign-off
Ideal Candidate:
- Graduate in Business/Finance/Accounting/Economics or ACCA/CIMA member
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- File checking, audit, or banking experience preferred
- Flexible to work UK shifts in our Kohuwala office
