Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and grow existing accounts in the recruitment sector.
• Identify and engage potential clients through outreach activities like cold calling and networking.
• Cultivate strong client relationships to understand their recruitment needs and propose customized solutions.
• Deliver presentations to showcase our recruitment services and conduct meetings to secure new contracts.
