We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and elevate our recruitment services. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and a dedication to connecting businesses with top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and grow existing accounts in the recruitment sector.
- Identify and engage potential clients through outreach activities like cold calling and networking.
- Cultivate strong client relationships to understand their recruitment needs and propose customized solutions.
- Deliver presentations to showcase our recruitment services and conduct meetings to secure new contracts.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors to identify new business prospects and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and provide regular performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated sales experience, especially in recruitment or staffing.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation.
- Thorough understanding of sales principles and recruitment processes.
