Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Internal Audit at Nawaloka Hospital Negombo. The Assistant Manager Internal Audit will be responsible for conducting financial audits, analyzing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role involves utilizing analytical skills to assess financial data, identify risks, and recommend improvements. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the audit team and management to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accountancy or Finance, or full/ partial qualification in ICASL, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
- Over 5 years of experience in a similar role in a reputable commercial establishment. Healthcare sector experience is a plus.
- Sound knowledge or exposure to financial accounting standards and principles.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office.
