Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Shopify Development: Develop, customise, and maintain Shopify stores for optimal performance, user experience, and SEO.
• Theme Customisation: Customise Shopify themes with Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to meet client requirements.
• App Integration: Install and customise Shopify apps to enhance store functionality.
• Store Management: Manage daily store operations, product uploads, inventory, and orders.
• Performance Optimisation: Ensure store speed, performance, and user experience are optimized.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to Shopify stores.
• Client Communication: Collaborate with Australian clients for successful project delivery.
• Reporting: Generate and analyse performance reports to provide insights for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Shopify development.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.
• App Knowledge: Familiar with popular Shopify apps and SEO best practices.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical & communication skills with attention to detail.
• Preferred: Shopify Plus, UX/UI knowledge, other e-commerce platform familiarity.

Working Hours:

• Must align with Melbourne time (AEST).
• Hybrid role based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
