Job Description
Education/Experience and Skills Requirement:
- MBA or other postgraduate/professional degree from a reputed institute
- Basic knowledge of PE, real estate, PE co-investment, and PE fund of funds
- 1-2 years prior experience in PE fund accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with databases like Investran, iLevel, and eFront (an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage projects independently and meet client deadlines
- Conduct meaningful project-level discussions with clients
Responsibilities:
- Review NAV and financials of PE and hybrid funds
- Prepare financial documents and reports
- Develop KPIs and implement necessary controls
- Handle client relationships and deliverable requirements
- Onboard new PE/hybrid funds in accounting platforms
- Prepare quarterly performance reports for investors
- Identify and implement process improvement techniques
- Perform cash reconciliation for PE funds
