The ideal candidate for this role has extensive experience in the sales process, excelling in lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We are seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and a proven track record of inspiring high performance in others. The position requires a strategic leader with the ability to coach, advise, motivate, and manage a high-performance sales team effectively.
Objectives of this role:
• Represent the company effectively with in-depth knowledge of our products
• Identify consumer needs and align our solutions accordingly
• Recruit, train, motivate, and guide a team of sales representatives
• Achieve company goals through strategic planning, setting sales targets, analyzing performance data, and forecasting
• Continuously develop skills in recruitment, training, and leadership while ensuring effective sales tactics are utilized to meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and market reach
• Cultivate enduring relationships with potential clients, addressing their needs effectively
• Assist in sales team recruitment, goal-setting, training, coaching, and performance monitoring
• Identify and address knowledge gaps within the team to enhance overall performance
• Ensure sales quotas are met by conducting regular check-ins, setting objectives, and monitoring progress
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
Required skills and qualifications:
• Immediate availability
• Minimum of five years experience in sales management within a corporate environment
• Demonstrated success across the entire sales process, from planning to closing deals
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
