Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage security risks associated with large-scale IT systems, focusing on core banking systems and technology migrations
• Develop and enforce security protocols and risk management policies in line with industry standards and regulatory mandates
• Ensure compliance with financial services regulations, conducting risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with departments to guide risk mitigation efforts and support project implementations
• Provide expert insight into regulatory frameworks and cybersecurity standards for organizational compliance
• Analyze security issues, offer strategic recommendations to resolve vulnerabilities
• Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and risk management practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Risk Management, or Computer Science. Professional certifications preferred
• 5-7 years of security and risk management experience in large-scale IT projects
• Thorough understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance in financial services
• Experience in core banking systems security and technology implementations
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in financial sector IT projects
• Familiarity with global data protection laws and cybersecurity practices
