Job Description
The Role
Nexon is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to maintain customer relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure service renewals. This role involves handling client interactions to guarantee customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining customer contact for satisfaction and sales opportunities.
- Assisting with quoting and revenue growth.
- Developing positive relationships with clients and vendors.
- Ensuring agreement renewals and achieving quarterly sales targets.
- Managing a pipeline of opportunities and resolving customer issues.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of technical inside sales experience in IT.
- Proven sales track record, self-driven and motivated.
- Experience with contract sales and exceeding quotas.
- Excellent communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
