Job Description

OrangeHRM Inc. Head Quarters, based in the US, develops widely-used open source HR management software. Join our team in Sri Lanka as a Technical Support Engineer/Associate. Daily, solve problems, automate tasks, and support global clients. Upgrade systems, collaborate, and build client relationships.

Primary Duties:

• Troubleshoot application and platform issues.
• Provide tech solutions for client problems.
• Work day or night shifts based on roster.
• Maintain systems in production servers.
• Collaborate for efficient services.

Skills Needed:

• Web servers (Apache, Nginx, IIS).
• Knowledge in MariaDB, MySQL, RDBMS.
• Linux experience.
• Shell scripting.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Requirements:

• Computer science degree or equivalent.
• 1-2 years tech support experience.
• Support foreign clients (added advantage).
