Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews to identify top talent.
- Screen Resumes
- Phone screening
- Face-to-face interviews (video)
- Conduct inductions via phone/video
- Assist the recruitment team in filling staff requests
- Assist in maintaining and updating the database
- Client and candidate management
- Administrative and other ad-hoc recruitment duties
- Adhere to Australian employment laws and awards – Assist in general HR administrative tasks and data management.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a related HR role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients and candidates professionally.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
- A drive to excel in a fast-paced environment and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ambition to advance within our organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software.
