Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews to identify top talent.
  • Screen Resumes
  • Phone screening
  • Face-to-face interviews (video)
  • Conduct inductions via phone/video
  • Assist the recruitment team in filling staff requests
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the database
  • Client and candidate management
  • Administrative and other ad-hoc recruitment duties
  • Adhere to Australian employment laws and awards – Assist in general HR administrative tasks and data management.

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a related HR role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients and candidates professionally.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
  • A drive to excel in a fast-paced environment and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ambition to advance within our organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software.
