Our client, Jobfactory, is one of the leading Tea Manufacturing companies located in Orugodawaththa.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience in a retail & food sector preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS systems and retail management software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
