Job Description
Delmege Group, a leading conglomerate, is seeking an experienced individual to lead the finance department at Delmege Forsyth & Co. Ltd. The Senior Manager / Manager – Finance will oversee financial strategies and operations for key business divisions, ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and submission of statements across divisions.
- Maintain balance sheets, lead inventory verification, and manage funds effectively.
- Implement controls for asset safeguarding, tax compliance, and audit readiness.
- Prepare annual budgets, analyze costs, and monitor budgets for divisional targets.
- Oversee shared services functions, including payments, reconciliations, and VAT records.
- Provide strategic advice on growth opportunities, enhance profitability, and secure funding.
- Lead the finance team through clear KPIs and performance monitoring systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with CA/CIMA/ACCA qualification.
- 5 years’ experience in finance leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of Financial Management, Reporting, Budgeting, and Tax Regulations.
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV, SAGE, QB, MS Excel, PowerBI, and office software.
