Job Description
ISF Industries Pvt Ltd is a bi-national Group engaged in Engineering, Manufacturing, Trading, and Agriculture since 1977. We are looking for a qualified candidate with a background in Mechanical Engineering to oversee our innovative manufacturing facility in Peliyagoda, producing machinery for local and export markets.
The ideal candidate will be part of the top management team with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality, safety, timely delivery, and installation of manufactured plants
- Coordinate with teams for Designing, Procurement, and Production
- Enhance productivity and optimize manufacturing processes
- Supervise machinery quality and cost control
- Review production schedules, employee performance, and after-sales service
- Provide manufacturing progress updates to top management
Qualifications:
BSc / NDT in Mechanical Engineering with knowledge in Electrical, Electronic, and Automation.
