Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at Hilton Yala Resort – Sri Lanka. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Financial analysis, budget management, and financial reporting skills
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Experience in forecasting and financial planning
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
