Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and Monitor Finance policies across the group.
- Assist GCFO in formulating Finance and Business Strategies for the group.
- Plan and manage group investments for a better return.
- Plan and manage Group cash flows while maintaining healthy credit terms/ facilities.
- Review and authorize payments against company policies, tax, and accounting compliances.
- Review and finalize monthly Management Accounts and report financial performance against KPIs.
- Monitor and guide in meeting KPIs of the Finance Department.
- Liaisons with Tax Consultant & Tax authorities for tax compliances.
- Liaisons with all stakeholders of the group for company matters.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Member of CA Sri Lanka and a Degree in Finance or Accountancy.
- Proficient Knowledge of Accounting Standards, Tax regulations, and business processes.
- Minimum 5-8 years overall experience with 2-3 years in a reputed audit firm.
- Hands-on experience in ERPs and MS Office packages.
- Strong Leadership, Analytical, and Communication Skills.
