Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive – Customer Experience (Call center) at Lyceum Placements located in Nugegoda. As an Executive – Customer Experience, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls. Your main tasks will include providing information, resolving inquiries, and addressing complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Sinhala languages
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
