Job Description:
The HR Executive will manage employee relations and HR administrative functions. Responsibilities include fostering a positive work environment, ensuring HR policy compliance, and supporting HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Relations: Handle inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution. Facilitate communication for better understanding.
2. HR Administration: Manage employee records and assist in onboarding/offboarding processes.
3. Policy Implementation: Ensure policy adherence and contribute to policy development.
4. Performance Management: Assist in appraisal processes and reviews.
5. Communication and Documentation: Draft and communicate HR policies and maintain HR documentation.
