Role Description: The Retail Store Manager will oversee store operations, manage staff, ensure excellent service, monitor inventory, implement loss prevention, and drive sales.
Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years retail experience, strong communication skills, retail loss prevention knowledge, leadership abilities, team player, detail-oriented, fashion industry experience a plus, sales and staff management success, adaptable, entrepreneurial, computer skills, English fluency.
