Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager in Human Resources at Janashakthi Group in Colombo 02. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, development, and HR administration, working closely with the Head of HR to support overall HR strategy and operations.
Person Specifications & Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management from a recognized institute
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role. Insurance industry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
