Job Description

We are seeking an Information Technology Executive to join our team in Rajagiriya. As part of our Visa Services business, you will be responsible for managing LAN/WAN architecture, enterprise mailing systems, server administration, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support LAN/WAN infrastructure and operating systems.
• Administer enterprise mailing systems like Domino – Lotus Notes and MS Exchange.
• Oversee server administration and data storage.
• Stay updated with the latest in Internet Technology.
• Provide exceptional customer support and maintain team relationships.
• Collaborate with departments for smooth operations and issue resolution.
• Lead and mentor junior IT staff.
• Analyze and solve technical problems effectively.
• Focus on achieving company targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proficiency in LAN/WAN infrastructure and various systems.
