POSITION: Senior Manager – Management Accounting
LOCATION: Colombo, Sri Lanka
SALARY: Rs 300K – Rs 400K Gross
OVERVIEW: Seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Management Accounting to optimize group-level accounting functions, financial reporting, and strategic planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage management accounting processes
- Analyze financial reports and metrics
- Lead budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with departments for financial data
- Ensure compliance with standards
- Drive financial planning initiatives
- Supervise junior staff
- Conduct variance analysis
- Manage relationships with auditors
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- 6+ years experience in management accounting
- Current group managers and senior managers encouraged to apply
