Job Description
Responsibilities
- Preparing financial statements and finalizing year-end audit process & preparation of audit documents.
- Handling accounts payables & receivables’ process including invoice verification & payment processing.
- Passing monthly journal entries intercompany transactions & reconciliation during month-end.
- Ensure accurate VAT, SVAT & other tax calculations and making payments on time.
- Inventory management & assisting import costing.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or part qualification in ICASL/CIMA or fully qualified in AAT.
- Minimum 4 years experience in Accounting field including 2 years experience in a reputed audit firm.
- Working in computerized environment, MYOB & exceptional skills in MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines, excellent team player, problem solver, and self-motivated person.
- Should be able to work under minimum supervision.
