Job Description
We are looking for a Manager – HR Operation for one of our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership and guidance in all HR functions as the Business Partner of the respective Sector/Division.
- Implement HR process efficiencies and solutions to enhance output.
- Deliver HR services to meet internal customer demands.
- Manage training needs and maintain the training calendar.
- Handle disciplinary matters and employee grievances with confidentiality.
- Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent.
- Oversee Employee Performance Management Process efficiently.
- Support Strategic and HR Development Initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management.
- Preferably a master’s degree specialized in HR or General.
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in HR Operations.
- Proficient in Labour Regulations.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
