Job Description

The scope of work includes developing businesses and increasing market share by providing customised solutions for solar systems. The role involves direct involvement with sales and marketing teams to acquire new accounts and service existing customers.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in engineering or marketing, or professional qualifications (SLIM or CIM).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in construction-related industries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • Understanding current market trends and reporting to management.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysing market data and customer needs to advise management on market opportunities.
  • Build relationships with key market parties and internal sales organizations.
  • Develop business relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Set strategic direction and manage teams.
  • Implement growth strategies to expand the customer base.
