Job Description
This is a full-time role for a Spare Parts Executive at UTE CAT in Wattala. The ideal candidate will manage spare parts inventory, process orders, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include maintaining records, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain Finance Charges below budget
- Utilize CAT programs effectively
- Manage parts returns
- Maintain Stock fill rate above 97%
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of spare parts management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with suppliers/vendors
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Previous industry experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field a plus
