- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, work closely with department heads, and attract top talent.
- Address employee queries, mediate conflicts, and conduct exit interviews for continual improvement.
- Identify training needs, organize development programs, and monitor their effectiveness.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in HR Management or related field, 1-2 years HR experience, knowledge of labor laws.
