Position: Management Accountant

Silueta, an innovative solutions provider in the Apparel industry, is seeking a Management Accountant for its Biyagama location. The ideal candidate will ensure finance operations are conducted efficiently and meet accounting and financial reporting objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operations and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare and lead monthly management reviews, providing data-driven solutions.
- Track team KPIs and tasks to ensure timely deliverables.
- Conduct financial audits in compliance with accounting standards.
Qualification and Experience:
