We are a fast-growing fintech company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We are currently seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling social media advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including content creation and client relations;
• Provide and implement creative marketing and collaborate with designers and influencers for content creation and production;
• Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts;
• Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date;
• Assists in ad-hoc online and offline marketing projects;

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field;
• Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role;
• Experience with setting up ads on Facebook and dealing with Business manager;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Verbal and Written);
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
