Job Description
The Role:
The selected candidate will be assisting the timely execution of risk-based food safety internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan, as well as assisting with other audit matters and projects. They will be exposed to Food Safety Audits in multiple industries such as hotel, restaurant, bakery, supermarket, etc.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Food Safety Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
- High level of computer literacy and good command of the English language.
- Effectively work under minimum supervision by adhering to strict timelines.
- Possess the passion for food safety and able to communicate with all levels of staff.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for auditing activities.
