OVERVIEW: Seeking a dynamic Account Manager for our team in Colombo. Ideal candidate has IT sales experience, can build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Engagement: Manage key accounts, exceed customer expectations, and present solutions effectively.
- General Orientation: Collaborate with internal teams, stay updated on products/services, and meet team objectives.
- Product Management: Ensure timely delivery, participate in project management and business development.
- Business Development: Engage in strategic discussions and reporting.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT sales, marketing, or business development.
- Proven track record in managing accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; local language knowledge is a plus.
