Job Description
Job Duties:
- Develop and implement hygiene and sanitation procedures to meet industry standards.
- Conduct inspections to address hygiene-related issues within facilities.
- Oversee food handling practices to comply with regulations.
- Collaborate with departments to maintain a hygienic environment for guests.
- Train employees on proper hygiene practices and cleaning techniques.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Investigate hygiene incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends related to hygiene.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in Hygiene/Food Safety in hospitality or food industry.
- Knowledge of hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and sanitation practices.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications in food safety and hygiene are advantageous.
