Responsibilities
- Booking Management: Handle and process individual and group reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries promptly via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing detailed information about our properties and services.
- System Management: Maintain and update reservation systems, ensuring that all bookings, cancellations, and changes are accurately recorded.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences through upselling special packages, room upgrades, and additional services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the front office and sales teams to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to check-out.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any reservation-related issues or guest complaints, providing exceptional service and maintaining guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a reservations or front office role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in reservation systems, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service.
