Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Sales & Reservations to join our team at Cinnamon Air; owned, operated, and managed by Saffron Aviation Pvt Ltd, Sri Lanka’s premier domestic airline.
This role is pivotal in driving sales for both scheduled and charter flights through various offline channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting specific sales targets, heading the Reservations unit, and planning flight schedules in coordination with the Flight Operations team.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of sales and reservations experience in the airline industry, strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
